For the past 5 years, JPSPL has been providing trainings, placements and livelihood generation for the jail inmates in Central and District Jail at Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Alwar, Kota, Bharatpur and Ajmer.

According to the instructions under the regarding approval of training of NSDC in state prisons, Jagan Raj Professional Studies Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur is hereby approved to provide training to the convicted prisoners at 9 Central Jails of the state, Women Prison Reforms, Jaipur and District Jails, Dholpur and Tonk on 8 th February, 2018.

Rajasthan Jails:- Jail inmates of 15 Jails of Rajasthan were trained as cook, barber, handicrafts and beauty therapists. Training Labs were established inside the Jails.

Even a shop was opened to sell the products made by Jail inmates.

After release from Jail, the inmates would setup up their won shops.

With its presence in 7 states, ex-employees of Central Government are trained so that they can get placement after retirement.

Counseling, Retraining and Redeployment of VRS –opted of Central Government jobs or self employed. Post training Candidates are either placed in jobs or self - employed.

The Program was stared in 5 locations with Orientation session on January 2018 with two job roles:

ARMY Wives Welfare Association, Affiliation Vocational Training Centre Sriganganagar with National Skill Development Corporation Through Jagan Raj Professional Studies on 1st October, 2016.

Project Sanction / RFP Applicant under COVID Crash Course Program with JAGAN RAJ PROFESSIONAL STUDIES PVT LTD: The target allocation by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) based on your proposal submitted under RFP dated 13-July2021 under Customized Crash Course Programme under PMKVY 3.0

JPSPL takes pride in serving and reshaping of 400 manual scavengers through NSKFDC. The mortality rate is 50% for manual scavengers due to taboo attrition with job.

NSKFDC is a very sensitive and special project for manual scavengers of UP district Training to get jobs or start with their own business in computer, sewing machine and hand embroidery.

Service Level Agreement by and between NSDC and Jagan Raj Professional Studies Pvt. Ltd. Whereas National Safai Karamchari Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC) in order to impart skill development training to its target group, has decided to contribute funds to National Skill Development Fund (NSDF) to be used and utilised for the purposes of implementation of “Imparting Skill Development training to 1000 Manual Scavengers / Safai Karamcharis through the skilling partner of NSDC Project”.

Whereas under the said Project, NSKFDC shall contribute funds for the Project to NSDF which shall be further disbursed by NSDF to NSDC, and NSDC shall through its approved training partners, get the Project iplemented by providing skill training and placement to manual scavengers / safai karamcharis, and work towards achievement of the aim of the Project to instil economic security and stability among manual scavenger / safai karamchari through skill training and holistic development facilitating enhanced access to opportunities in jobs and through self-employment.

  2. Employers/Establishments get benefits because they do not have to pay PF and ESI. More over 50% salary of 3 months is refunded by ministry.
  3. Apprentice/Employees get benefitted because despite being a fresher they get good salary, certificate and also chance for full time employment.
